Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of changes in eyebrow morphology caused by invasive procedures and introduces original methods of aesthetic restoration that address current challenges in cosmetology and plastic surgery. The aim of the study is to examine the specific features of morphological transformations of the eyebrows resulting from invasive interventions and to develop an adaptive, original approach to their aesthetic correction. The study employed general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, generalization and systematization. The results demonstrate that eyebrow morphology is a combination of anatomical and aesthetic characteristics, including shape, positioning and proportions, which determine the harmony of their appearance within the overall facial structure. Key parameters were outlined, such as the positions of the medial and lateral ends of the eyebrow, the height and location of the arch peak, and the orientation relative to anatomical landmarks (medial and lateral canthus, nasal ala, limbus, corners of the eyes and lips). These characteristics are influenced by age, gender, and ethnicity, which means that aesthetic standards require an individualized approach. The study revealed that surgical interventions and botulinum toxin injections significantly transform eyebrow morphology, helping to achieve aesthetically desirable outcomes such as elevation of the lateral edge, a more harmonious arch shape, and proportionate positioning of the eyebrow in relation to the face. Despite their high effectiveness, these procedures present several challenges: the lack of a universal ideal eyebrow shape, shifting beauty standards, variability based on individual facial features, and the requirement for a high level of practitioner expertise. It is emphasized that excessive standardization can result in the loss of facial individuality. Therefore, an original correction approach is proposed, based on the principle of individualization—particularly relevant in cases of facial asymmetry. The author’s technique considers sociocultural trends, the patient’s aesthetic expectations, and modern concepts of harmony, allowing the preservation of authentic appearance. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of an adaptive model for aesthetic eyebrow correction that combines anatomical precision with a personalized approach to each patient.
