ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract
The article analyzes the functioning of innovative entrepreneurship as a key factor in economic growth and enhancing the competitiveness of national economies. The role of innovative enterprises in creating new market opportunities, transforming business models, and implementing technological solutions that improve economic efficiency is substantiated. The main concepts of innovative entrepreneurship, its characteristics, and development features in the context of globalization and digital transformation are identified.
The study examines key factors influencing the operation of innovative enterprises, including financial resources, access to highly qualified personnel, government support policies, regulatory environment, and innovation infrastructure. Modern trends in the development of innovative entrepreneurship worldwide and in Ukraine are analyzed, with a particular focus on the growing role of digital technologies, business process automation, artificial intelligence, and venture financing.
The main challenges hindering the effective functioning of innovative entrepreneurship are identified, including the lack of available financial resources, high regulatory barriers, weak integration between science and business, insufficient digitalization, and economic instability.
The research findings can be used for developing strategies for innovative enterprise growth, improving government policies in the field of innovation support, and designing comprehensive measures to enhance national economic competitiveness. Future research should focus on assessing the impact of digital technologies on innovative entrepreneurship, developing effective financial support mechanisms for innovative startups, and studying international experience in innovation regulation and stimulation.
